Refund policy
Returns
You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for any eligible item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please ensure that the merchandise is free from wear, stains, or any damage that would prevent us from reselling it as new.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Pack the item securely in its original packaging, and ship it back to us at the address provided by our Customer Support team.
Please note that the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to a defective or incorrect item received.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider's policies.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to follow the return process as outlined above and then place a new order for the item you desire.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
- Gift cards
- Intimate apparel (e.g., underwear, swimwear)
- Customized or personalized items
Damaged or Defective Items

We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include issuing a refund or sending a replacement item at no additional cost.
