Q: How long will it take to get my order? 

A: We usually take 1-3 business days to process your order. The time it takes to deliver depends on where you live and the shipping method you choose. Standard shipping takes about 5-10 business days.  Expedited shipping is faster, around 2-5 business days. If you're ordering from another country, shipping times may be different.

Q: Can I see where my order is? 

A: Yes, once we ship your order, we'll send you an email with a special number to track your package. With this number, you can see where your package is and when it's expected to arrive.

Q: What if I want to return something? 

A: You have 30 days from the day you get your package to return eligible items. The unused item must be in the original packaging. Check our Return and Refund Policy if you have other questions.

Q: Can I buy from outside the U.S.? 

A: Yes, we can ship to certain other countries. Just remember that there might be customs, taxes, or duties that you'll need to pay. Shipping times can also vary.

Q: Are your products good quality?

Q: Can I change or cancel my order? 

A: We'll do our best to change or cancel your order, if you request it.  But we work fast to process your order.  And once the order ships we can't change it.
